Peepe: beautiful clock, but...

I'm generally happy with this clock, but the screws that hold the metal frame to the clock face are very short and when it arrived, the frame had completely detached from the clock face, stripping the holes in the composite wood cardboard backing and the screws were loose in the bag I lost one of the four before realizing this . I feel like this is a design issue because the screws are so short and the backing pretty easily ripped off of them. Also, the packing had slipped somewhat in shipping, so the second hand was fairly badly bent. I was able to unbend without breaking it, so no harm done.
