American ginseng Panax quinquefolius is an herbaceous, slow growing, perennial plant commonly used as Chinese or herbal medicine. It is one of 11 species belonging to the genus Panax of the family Araliaceae. Wild Grown American Ginseng Bitters is a new ginseng product from Panax USA. This product has only three ingredients- Water, Alcohol and American Ginseng. Every single ounce of ginseng that was used for our maiden bottling, LOT 2015, was purchased from two growers in the Finger Lakes of NY State. Their ginseng is all woods-grown, as naturally as possible. These plants have never known chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or fungicides All the ginseng from our growers is completely organically grown We are getting glowing reviews on LOT 2015 and we expect it to sell-out quickly as supplies are limited. NOT SURE IF IT HELPS MY BACK PAIN BUT GIVES ME EXTRA BOOST OF ENERGY TO GET ME MOVING SO I CAN KEEP THE ARTHRITIS PAIN FROM RULING MY LIFE I AM GLAD TO FIND THIS ON AMAZON AS MY LOCAL STORE WOULD SOMETIMES BE SOLD OUTAND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL THEY GOT MORE IN. I USUALLY TAKE 2 DROPPERS FIRST THING IN MORNING AND 2 MORE IN AFTERNOON IF I NEEDED ANOTHER BOOST. I NEVER GET THE JITTERS FROM THE GINSENG LIKE I DID WHEN I TRIED OTHER PRODUCTS
