I prefer tablets to capsules, so I was glad to find these when I could no longer find Manno-Max. Those 500mg capsules offered by other companies left me gagging before I could take enough of them. If one is going to act effectively against the invasion of UTI-causing organisms, one needs to use enough d-mannose to actually do the job, so I was also glad to find this product, with it s 1000mg dose. It makes it so much easier to take the proper amount.
