I ve been using this product for several weeks now and am very happy with it. I started out only taking it once a day, but increased to twice a day when I was worried my supply was dropping. I noticed an increase in my supply within 24 hours and have continued to use it twice a day ever since then for maintence. I m a stay at home mom so I only pump once a day in the mornings so I can keep an emergency stash on hand, but I consistently pump 3 oz a day AFTER my baby has had his morning feed. The taste resembles watered down coolaid to me much better tasting than other Lactation drinks teas , but if you do less than the recommended 8oz of water, the taste is much sweeter and pleasant. I will have to admit I was expecting a larger container when I ordered this tub it s no bigger than a 5oz breastmilk storage bottle - see pic attached , but I m not complaining. I like keeping some of the packets on hand for when I m on the go, but I love the scoopable container for house use. Everyone is different, but I definitely recommend giving this product a try.
