Jerry Starr: Helpful for Headaches

This 4 oz. bag of wood betony costs 25 on Amazon right now. I purchased it for 13 last year, and I think it s a ridiculously unfair jump in price. It s a very bitter herb, one that is helpful with headaches and migraines, tension and pain. It s helpful for the nervous system, which is often neglected or abused by most people in our society. This herb is good, but it s not particularly tasty. It can be used in a tincture or used in a larger herbal blend as medicine.
