I have ordered this product twice. The first time I was very pleased with the tea. Flowers were in good shape, very aromatic, excellent taste. This recent order, however, was terrible. The tea is so bitter as to be undrinkable And chamomile is not a bitter herb. Instead of a light bright color, scent, and flavor the tea brewed dark, bitter, and has no characteristics of chamomile. It smells bad right in the bag, and contains a lot of stem pieces and dust. I will not be buying this product again.
