thebonz0: Works well along with a 10mg Melatonin

Was having hard time sleeping since I gave up using Benadryl for sleeping active ingredient is diphenhydramine which after some clinical studies found it to be leading to Dementia. Slept so well with that but immediately stopped using anything containing diphenhydramine and my PCP and everything I read online was always to use Melatonin. Started with 10mg and it was helpful, but was waking up at 2am a lot.
