PhillyFan: Accurate and Quiet

First of all let me say I did not get the clock I ordered. I ordered the black one with the white markers. What I got was a white framed clock with a brushed metal face. Putting that aside for the moment I will say that the clock is quiet and accurate. The sweep second hand is good and better than one of those that jumps from number to number. I am not happy with the style of the clock but I cannot argue about the quietness and the accuracy.
