Really happy with this all-in-one for winter when every kid gets the gunk . We live in a resort town so A LOT of tourists and a lot of new germs every year but we managed to stay away from all of that this year and I m thinking it s because we all took one of these each day. Based on the kids version, my husband or I would bite one in half for our 3 year old and take 1.5 ourselves depending on who the lucky parent was that morning. Our toddler loves the taste but our 10 year old says it isn t his favorite. I personally think it tastes like an intense elderberry flavor go figure .
