I m using a training plan for my first marathon and it has me running 5 days a week. So for the last few weeks I ve been using Runner s Recovery Mix after each run. Within the first week I could really tell a difference in that I wasn t sore the next day and my legs felt fresh for my next run. Even after my Saturday long run It s definitely helping me stay on plan and feel stronger. I ll keep using the mix through my training, and then probably after anytime I run or workout.
