I ve been a runner of varying success for 13 years, but just recently became aware of the benefits of beet juice. However if you re like me and can t stomach even the thought of chugging that stuff on a regular basis, this is the way to go. I don t cover very long distances most of my runs are five miles or less and I m sure those who put in much more mileage will get even more benefit from these, but I can say that I haven t felt any fatigue since taking these 2-3 times a day, especially after my annual Thanksgiving 8k where I still felt surprisingly fresh after crossing the finish.
