Way too many calories for my liking but I do a half serving and I find the results are still great. I workout high intensity, long-cardio events 5-6x a week so when I ran out of my old post workout carb matrix ON 211 , I felt it like a ton of bricks. This is my first go at Jym products and I ll stick with it for now. I m reordering so I guess that tells you it s good enough.
