I ordered POM-T after my doctor called and said my PSA was 5.4 and I had to retest in about 3 months. I amm 66 years old. Along with POMI-T, I daily ate a handful of walnuts, drank a cup of green tea and pomigranate juice and stopped drinking milk, all milk has hormones that affect prostate . Lowered my PSA FROM 5.4 to 1.7 Doctor was impressed. Hope this helps others. Do your homework
