I suggest mamake for those who has bacteria in bloodstream. Ex. Sepsis. Those who have a hard time with sleeping due to increase in energy mana chi due to ancestral visitations Kuleana. Helps in general for those who are around chemicals that they inhale and it goes in the bloodstream. Helps calm the mind. Cleanse the blood that s what I was told by my elders. So, I don t recommend it for daily use. We only used it when needed. This product works for me and my clients
