Each serving of ON Instantized BCAA 5000 Powder provides a 5,000 mg 5 g blend of the three Branched Chain Amino Acids L-Valine, L-Leucine, and L-Isoleucine in every serving. The Branched Chain Amino Acids BCAAs , so named because of their branched chemical structure, are essential in that the body cannot make them from other compounds. The method to produce ON Instantized BCAA 5000 Powder yields a powder that mixes readily in water or juice and does not readily clump or settle to the bottom. As a result, the difficulty in mixing you may have experienced with other BCAA powders is greatly reduced.
Customer reviews
Good StuffMixes well in water, however the unflavored does leave a bad aftertaste if taken plain. BUT, if you add 2 teaspoons to a gallon of water and add a few squirts of MIO water enhancer, there isn t even a trace of aftertaste Drink before, during and after workout. Why not buy the unflavored, which has 20 servings more than the flavored for the same price, and then flavor it however you like with a 2 MIO BTW, it s the main ingredient Leucine that tastes so bad, so the same problem exists with every BCAA product brand...some just mask it better than others and or they contain less Leucine, which is the very ingredient responsible for stimulating muscle growth
