I just love this stuff, I am a workout crazy person love to run and lift weights, basically if its got a weight a bench and makes my heart pound and me sweat , count me in its me. But like the exercise taking it out of my body I like to put it back in too and help it recover. I have had so many pre-post -protein and BCAAS powders and pills I cant remember which ones I have had, only that they haven t done me any good , made me ill or all of the above. This one has to be my favorite, I love watermelon flavor , well I did until I bought some other brand , taste nasty and made me sick and get the jitters. Kind of put me off the flavor until I saw this , I already have Old School Labs products and they are fantastic , basically I thought give this a go, there products pretty much naked,meaning good stuff in and bad stuff out , very healthy and great for anyone . The BCAA powder is great , not that sweet artificial taste or leaving a sweet taste in your mouth 40 minutes after drinking it. Water , ice cubes , water and this powder and wow good to go . And my muscles are already feeling better after me pounding them from a few hours working out . Love it
