Not as effective as the oil capsulesI bought this without looking carefully. This is a tablet. I had previously taken an oil capsule which gave me tremendous results lowered by cholesterol by 50 points . On this, my cholesterol rose by 25 points. So, it wasn t as effective for me. I tossed it and got the oil capsules.
