Sometimes I think some of these reviewers have no clue what they are talking about, because they aren t used to GOOD matcha. Not to be a jerk, and I hate to write bad reviews, but I hope to spare someone else from getting fooled by the good reviews. I drink matcha twice a day, and yes, I am aware this is the culinary version, which isn t as high quality as ceremonial, BUT I can assure you I have had great culinary grade matcha so it s not just me being a matcha snob
