Lynda: Unbelievable...for a little while.

I was skeptical that any supplement would relieve my constant hot flashes. I did not want to take HRT, but I was so uncomfortable and was not sleeping well. They were so bad I was willing to try Black Cohosh. I bought this brand and dosage at our local health food store. Within a week my hot flashes went from every 30 minutes to about 5 a day...total And they are not nearly as severe as they were. I am also sleeping so much better. I m now a believer I just ordered another two month supply here on Amazon. Everything I ve read about Black Cohosh is that you should not take it for more than 6 months. I ll speak to my doctor at that time and may have to try another supplement.
