Back to back UTIs prone. So far so goodI have been prone to urinary infections as long as I can remember. I take necessary precautions, use common sense and follow all the obvious and not so obvious vagina rules. I am a hygienic person, and some how - no matter what - UTIs find me. I have had back to back UTIs and been on countless rounds of antibiotics over the last 18 months since my cesarean . They no longer work. So I m trying this, I just got off a 5 day course of macrobid and felt worse than the day I started it. I have been off macrobid and on D-Mannose is for 3 days now and have had significant improvements in the way I m peeing, full bladder urination relief. The urgency and burning is going away. I m going to continue taking 2 a day and update my review later. So far so good
