Dr. Martin G Miller: Excellent cold and flu fighter

I have been using this for several years. If taken 3-4 times a day at the first sign of a cold, it prevents it from progressing. It s an excellent immune booster. During the current Covid-19 crisis, I am taking it once every day along with Olive Leaf. Will it help There is nothing proving it will, but if it helps boost my immune system with other Corona viruses, it s worth a shot. It s important to remember that your first, most important line of defense is frequent hand washing hand sanitizer, avoid touching your face and social distancing. Use an elbow bump or Vulcan salute instead of shaking hands. Don t panic.
