Patti Walters: Beautiful clock, great customer service.

This is a beautiful clock and I highly recommend the company. I had a small issue with one leaf missing towards the bottom of the clock. My husband didn't even notice, but I knew it would drive me crazy. I contacted the company and simply asked if they could send a replacement for the leaf, then I would be happy to reattach it myself. They sent one, actually 3, just in case , and I put it on and you'd never know the difference. I've included a picture after the repair. I wanted the flash to highlight the beautiful shades of Amber that you see when sunlight from a window shines on it, or lamplight . So the bright part around the face, gives you an idea of the colors with light on it. We love it
