Works well enough, with helpThis tastes nasty, and since it s a tablet it s a bit hard to swallow. It works, I m pretty sure, but my impression is that it only worked well for me when taken with Candida Helper from Wellness Resources. Not sure if the latter would do the job by itself, but it has a better chance alone than this, I think. It has some ingredients I could do without, like green tea extract. It s reasonably good stuff, though.
