Shaker bottle onlyI ve tried literally hundreds of different protein supplements, and this is one that I absolutely will come back to again and again. It digests well, mixes brilliantly in a shaker bottle, more on that in a bit and doesn t taste or feel heavy like a lot of other protein powders do. It ends up with the consistency of a Gatorade with a pleasant flavor. If I m low on protein or don t time it well , I can chug one of these right before a workout and not feel weighed down at all.
