Not a miracle, but probably worthwhile.I believe in the medicinal properties of mushrooms, and I think that this is a quality brand. However, I just wanted to provide a counterpoint to all the reviews here from people who say they haven t gotten sick while taking this extract. I started taking this product around two weeks ago, and three days ago, I came down with a cold. The extract didn t prevent it, and it doesn t seem to have lessened the severity or duration of the cold. I plan to continue taking this extract, but I thought there should be some balance in these reviews. It s not a miracle.
