I have an autoimmune disease, so anytime I try something new, it is risky. However, I am very happy I tried this. Hashimoto disease has my throat so swollen. I have to chew my food a lot and drink a lot of water at my meals in order to swallow. But, I have been taking Mesima for a week and the swelling is gone I don t know if it is completely gone, but I don t choke over my meals anymore, and I can breath so much better. My throat is far less restricted. I also notice that I don t crave sugar at all since taking it and have lost a couple of pounds. Not expected, but a nice bonus.
