The best Energy Gels.I used other brands gels like GU Cliff etc.. after 1 or 2 consumption, I really use to thrown up due to some uneasiness during my marathons long runs. ever since I started use Honey Stinger gels and chews - I never threw up. it really helped to to keep me strength and it has variety of flavors - use all most all flavors except mocha. Like the all the flavors it s not very thick especially these are made with Honey - which is good thing.
