A Reviewer: Excellent weight gainer and meal replacement

This is one of the only weight gainers I have tried and go back to. I have tried other natural weight gainers but they have so many fillers and not enough real protein that I made no gains. I cannot stomach artificial sweeteners, so that precludes the vast majority of weight gainers plus research shows them to be unhealthy, especially in higher dosage rates with cumulative issues over time .
