So I really appreciate the ingredients and carb amino profile for this stuff. The kinds of carbs coming from oats, rice, etc. as well as amino acids added in are great so you re not getting a bunch of sugar for no reason. I like dextrose supplements on occasion but for intra workout carbs I just don t use them, I hardly use then post workout because I just eat a meal and will add something more nutrient dense that also spikes insulin like juice or a sweet fruit.
