Your Chaga will never be harvested more than six months prior to arrival and harvested in the fall winter months. Our chaga will arrive cleaned of any debris in our licensed and inspected commercial kitchen and dried in the sun to preserve what nature has intended. We are licensed by the State of Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development as expert wild mushroom identifiers. Chaga is packaged in a resealable food grade poly bag. We recommend using 4-5 chunks per pot of tea and steeping for a minimum of 20 minutes on a low boil.
