I buy these for my husband. We are moving up in years and he sometimes forgets to eat. I noticed a few months ago that he was dramatically losing weight, his color was off and he had no energy. I bought these and now he won t give them up - not even 1 for me to try He likes them very much and if I can t get him to eat anything - he will have a shake. He likes the plastic bottled ones better than the cans but I think that is maybe preference instead of taste. Oh, as far as if this product has helped him. Well, he s not putting on weight but his color has picked up and he has energy to take walks, work in the yard and enjoy his retirement. I love the enjoy his retirement part
