This rug is great We bought it because we have a sick old dog who doesnt smell great these days and has accidents now and again. So, i need to wash the rug frequently. At first we tried those ruggable rugs which were very expensive and did not last This rug has been washed 4 times already and still looks nice. It probably wont last more than a year for us, but for the price its worth it. I will buy again. One thing to note, if you wash and then DRY in the dryer, it shrinks a little. About an inch on either side.
