Joel Rudy: Good Time Piece, But Not Perfect

Looks like it's supposed to and does what it should. Only complaint I have is that the ticking seconds hand is a little off and doesn't line is with the marks quite right. Ultimately, it does keep time well, but for a citizen and for the price and that it's supposed to be a precision time piece, having the clock hands be slightly off is disappointing.
