I ordered both ginsengs. The red was white and powdery, the white was a red brown and very sticky even when only about 15 of the mix making it hard to fill capsules, it was doable, but messy. It was strange that they had the opposite characteristics from their whole forms, not sure if that s from the extract process, but they both smell like ginseng, and are otherwise very effective. Dissolves easily in water, maybe that s where the sticky comes from, love to know for sure, probably never will.
