Love this stuff Hate to run out of itMy natural doctor told me a few years back that I needed evening primrose. I got tired of taking a handful of capsules because I knew I needed more than a little bit. I pour some in my smoothie every morning. It just gives a calm even balanced feeling. I am 54 and never have menopause symptoms. This is part of the reason why. I also think it aids in beautiful skin. This company has been great I highly recommend this brand It s the only brand I ever use
