My wound care doctor recommended Arginaid to help heal a long term wound. As a senior citizen, I was shocked to see how expensive it is. Shame on Nestle, the company that manufactures it. I guess it works. Just wish it was more inline with my retiree income. I buy the Orange flavor - it tastes good, mixes well. I actually mix my daily dose of Miralax with it. Lord, it s hell to get old
