If you didn t know, beets are great for you, supporting your liver, providing essential nutrients if you ferment it making kvass it ups the benefits even more. But they taste like dirt. So does kvass. But having low liver enzymes, I ve really got to suck it up take in things to nourish support my liver so here we are. So far so good with the product, I actually put it in gelatin capsules so I don t have to taste anything yeah, I m that kid .
