Great stuff, although sweetened too much. Suddenly hard to find.This stuff is predigested, which means that the amino acid chains have been broken down, so that they pass directly into the bloodstream. We have used this stuff for years. Whenever we were feeling draggy and low in energy, we would take this again, and in a day or so, feel much stronger and more energetic. NOTE Many people especially older have problems with breaking down protein chains in the stomach. If long-chain proteins get into the intestines, they can break through the walls and cause numerous problems. These have never caused that for us.
