I ve finally found something that works for me. First off I completly changed my mindset. Before I started the Almased program I weighed 363 pounds. I was miserable with my body and my overall image. At 5 7 I was in need of a life style change. I decided to give Almased a try after many failed attempts to lose weight. I started off with the first phase of 3 shakes per day. I couldn t continue with it the full 14 days. That lasted 3 days. My headaches were very intense. I cut it down to two shakes per day and ate a very healthy dinner. I didn t do the vegetable broth. I still snacked if I got hungry but made sure my snacks were healthy and I watched my portion control along with watching my calories. I completely cut out sugars, I only drink water everyday all day, no sweets, no bread, no starches. If I want something sweet I will chew a piece if sugar free gum. I have cut my calores down to about 1500 with proteins and vegetables only. This works for me. Since starting Almased on February 2, 2019 I have lost 14.6 pds as of today February 17th. I mix my shake with Almond milk and a couple dashes of Pumpkin pie spice. The taste is pretty good. I have no problems drinking it. I m super excited for the remainder of my journey with Almased.
