More like a mat than a rug still great thoughI really like this rug especially because it feels like memory foam so it's more of a bath mat kind of feel. I also like that it doesn't slip like other rugs do.my robot vacuum goes over it and cleans it nicely. The only issue with it is that it came with some creases but that can't really be helped when it shipped from another country. It's 5 ft x 7 ft so it covers up a good amount of floor space. I bought it for my service dog that's coming in January I made him his own room and decorated it with different Paw and Bone designs.
