For me, it was the solution.....After doing a lot of research, including price comparisons, and most importantly, ingredient analysis as to the best compounding and dosage levels, I went with Physician s formula for several months with actually not fantastic results. However, if there is one thing I ve learned, it is that to change your physiology you have to be patient and all my research said - stick with it, see what happens. So, I actually doubled the dosage and started to see signs that we were making progress. Fast forward another month and I noticed one thing that for me told me we were getting desired results - I was waking up both at night and in the morning hard like I had when much younger by the way, I m only 59 so I don t believe that is really that old, but it is not like I was twenty-something, so if you are in that age bracket, get over your ego and recognize your body is not going to react as quickly as when you were 30 years younger .
